The breakfast was astonishing and amazing as expected with tasty fresh organic juices. The staff were very helpful and the pool was nice. The location of this hotel adjacent to the highway leading to Schiphol Airport at 6 am in the morning, citycenter and the Dom tower, the Botanical gardens or a bike path out into countryside was perfect and peaceful.

Food was excellent although service was quite slow on Saturday evening. The breakfast was very good, although a little pricy at 12.50e per person. The interior is very attractive with nice design ideas, such as big flower arrangements and candles in recption burning all day. It was a comfy adn relaxing hotel and only wish we had had time to take advantage of the swimming pool.

There were no tea and coffee making faciliities in our rooms.

We stayed at this 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff were extremely polite and friendly, making us feel very welcome. The room was luxurious and spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and modern bathroom. The hotel had excellent facilities, including an indoor swimming pool and a terrace where we could relax. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. this place provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services.

The room that we stayed in was recently updated and the updates were very modern. This included both the bedroom and bathroom.

Somewhat difficult to get to the dinning area from the room. Also, it would have been good to have a more moderately priced breakfast option since my wife only has a piece of fruit, a hard role and tea. The charge for this limited quantity of food could not be negotiated down to reflect actual usage.

I've stayed in the hotel de Biltsche Hoek regularly since 2008 for business. The hotel staff is very friendly and helping you with any issue. As the hotel is not in the center of Utrecht you have to take the bus to the city center which takes about 10 mins to get there. For going to the city there is a bus stop close to the hotel. For coming back you have to walk about 15 mins from the stop to the hotel. The hotel lies in a very nice environment with a lot of nature - perfect to take a walk there. I would advise to book the comfort rooms as they are newly renovated - the standard room are quite old and not that nice. The breakfast buffet is very rich and nice!

The standard rooms are quite old and need a renovation. The renovation of the comfort rooms is finished now and they are very nice! Sometimes in the restaurant the service could be better. Long waiting times until you can place an order or until the food is coming.

The hotel's location is convenient and unbeatable with supermarkets and shops within walking distance, and the staff are very attentive.
